What’s Included:

  •  The client is responsible for entering their own invoicing and expenses

  • We can review the file on a monthly or quarterly basis

  • We can make changes or provide the revisions for client to make

  • We can answer any questions via phone, email or in person

  • We can train you on how to properly use QuickBooks

DIY Package $75 Per Hour

Excel Package $100 Per Quarter

Some Businesses are big enough to need bookkeeping and organization, but don’t need to spend the extra money on a software like QuickBooks.

What’s Included:

  • We will total all Sales and Invoices

  • We will sort, categorize and enter all bills and receipts

Small Package $100 Per Month

What’s included:

  • QuickBooks online or Desktop File

  • 1 Hour Per Month of invoicing and expense entries

  • Reconciliation of 2 Bank Accounts

Medium Package $200 Per Month

What’s included:

  • QuickBooks online or Desktop File

  • 2 Hours Per Month of invoicing and expense entries

  • Reconciliation of 2 Bank Accounts

Large Package $300 Per Month

What’s included:

  • QuickBooks online or Desktop File

  • 3 Hours Per Month of invoicing and expense entries

  • Reconciliation of 2 Bank Accounts

CRA Remittances $25 Per Filing

  • Source Deductions

  • HST

  • WSIB

  • ROE

Payroll $15 Per Run
